Ponmudi Reservoir Idukki Kerala – Very beautiful place and the atmosphere around has the serenity, peaceful. We were told that many hindi and other films are also shooting took place here. All through the way one will only see the greenary and and beautiful landscapes. We also seen the place where hindi film Chennai express’s car going into the waters shooting took place here.
The surrounding around the waters, and the dam was a wonderful and cold breeze passing through was a great feeling. We spent some time there taking photos on the banks of the river and from there to the dam site. To come to this spot one has to walk through the rough roads for few furlongs.
We enjoyed our visit to Ponmudi Reservoir Idukki and its worth visiting this.
